Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Palava garments as much as we loved making them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original Palava tags attached.

• 2.
  Fill Out the Form

  Complete the returns form included in your original parcel, noting whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Send and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
